DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They are a scam and we lost around $450 with them. Our delivery was supposed to come 1 month ago and it didn't arrive. Call them- voice message, Email - no response. I chat with the customer service rep and asked for a refund since they don't even know when my product is going to arrive, they say no refund even it is their fault. So I checked their T&C and it does say no entitlement to refund whatsoever. So I asked them to give me the ETA on this product, and the answer was "we don't know". Hence, this might take another month or maybe will never arrive. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS SO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY HERE.
