I absolutely love my YoraHome machine and the customer service they offer is second to none Word of warning though, this stuff is addictive, once you start you just don't want to stop!

I am in Australia and was pretty worried about buying something off an add on Facebook but took the chance the delivery time was amazing very fast and the quick response i got every time i sent a email was very quick also once i got my laser and put it together it was truly very easy to use and load into the computer to get it up and running once i used it for a day i was already thinking of getting another one and i will soon very happy with everything about this company ie delivery service support the laser and the facebook page is fantastic for help and advice thank you

Product arrived on time and was packed well, assembley instructions were straight forward, the machine works well and is ideal for the hobbyist or small business doing one off designs

We love our 6550 40W laser! The set up didnt take long and getting familiar with the software was easy. Customer support has been great. The guide videos have been wonderful and the Facebook support group outstanding people in there. Everybody help each other!

I mean its a little misleading. You think the product is coming from the united states but really its a guy in the us buying from china and selling it to you and i from it seemed like to me. Bad hes a middle man but good to have someone on trusted soil to deal with. Again shipping was weird because tracking info not the best and what not. There was a learning curve with no real instructions on how to run the thing. Oh yeah they video they send you to help build it, the guy messes up several times which makes you lose about 30 minutes each time in building then rebuilding. Okay all said and done, a month in and im pretty damn happy. I have had 3 paying customers and i have 4 waiting to be completed. Not bad considering my first ad looking for customers was 4 days ago. I live in a terribly small town with zero economy and many poors so i believe i would do way bettter in a larger city but it is what it is for now.

Love the new CO2 60 watt laser. Does everything I expected and more. Would absolutely buy again.
