quick delivery. now I am setting up and testing. I am used to a 60 watt co2 laser. I like the smaller size yet larger working area.

Finally got my drag chains ordered and they were shipped and received in just a few days!

I bought the bed extension for the 3018CNC. The package arrived into the country on the, but FedEx let the side down by supposedly trying to deliver it twice to me. They never made it. It then went to 3 different depots before finally getting to me. The box was damaged and a part was missing. Contacted Yora and they sorted out the problem straight away. Excellent service. The quality of the rest of the product was fantastic.

I recently placed an order for a 6550, and the 6550 expansion set. Both boxes arrived in just about 6 days after ordering. Not bad so far. The main box of the 6550 was missing some bolts and I had a question concerning the belt length of one of the belts. The expansion kit box looks like it had been opened up, then resealed by FedeX. Different tape holding, and I use that word lightly, holding the box flap shut. The longer cable and longer belt required to use the expansion kit was missing. I contacted Yora Home and had a quick auto generated reply with a case number attached. I also mentioned the missing items on the Yora Home Facebook Group site. Tom from Yora saw my post and immediately, and I mean quick, (2-3 minutes) had replied that I should contact them to get taken care of. I let Tom know I had a case number already, and he then contacted Jim who took over and replied directly to me, again, within minutes, to see what all was missing and what needed to be done to correct the issue. He even gave me a phone call to discuss what was needed so he would get it all right. Long story short, within 3 days I had everything I needed in hand. THAT is how customer service should be. Thanks YoraHome, and special thanks to Tom and Jim for jumping right on this. Unit is assembled and this old dog is now trying to learn some new tricks. It's all assembled and ready to test, if life would just cooperate and give me a few spare minutes.

Was thrilled with the order process and timely delivery of my Yora. Now I need to add more to it and fully expect the same awesome customer service! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new hobby or for a means to add to your income. Great product and customer service!
