I have had no major issues with my 3036 and the few minor problems that I've had their support team or the users group have fixed them. Highly recommend this product for any first time user.

But a year and half ago I had a stroke and made it very hard to do anything with one hand and I found the CNC machine and thought this is the ticket so I bought one,Assembly went fairly smooth the only problem was I didn't realize the resets had to be on the bottom and on top of the pieces but of it that everything seemed to go fine and it works great and I thoroughly enjoyed it thank you very much.All in all I believe this is a good product the only suggestion I would make at this point is to have better installation instructions. Would be happy with it, but the mother board shorted out on the 2nd use. Got the new motherboard hooked it up, ot the machine e moves so slow, no matter what you put the speed at. It took a little time, but the techs were determined to figure out what the problem was. It took a zoom call between me and 2 techs to figure it out. I am so happy that it turned out to be a simple fix. Just a small problem with the program on the board. They gotr it fixed and now it works great
