YoraHomeReviews of yorahome.com

I have the 6550 40w and in the short time I have used it made some great looking stuff. The FB Support Group are great folks, when questions are asked answers are given. Even exchange ideas to help each other. When the time comes, I will be purchasing another unit from YoraHome. I learn something new each day either by mistake or by the help from the FB Group. I do lots of experimenting with the 6550 40w, sometimes I say wow and then there are times I say ok lets get some advice from the group. All in All I am a happy person for choosing YoraHome.

This is a great company to do business with. Their products are superb and the after sales backup is amazing. I would recommend YoraHome without reservation.

Purchased Lightburn software for my 6550. Found out it won’t run on my PC which has WinXP. So now I’ve had to buy a Win10 PC to run it on. It could have said this before I bought it. But now that’s water under the bridge.

YoraHome customer service is EXCELLENT!!! They answered all of our questions and helped us upgrade our laser engraver. We will keep going back to them!

I was missing few items needed to complete assembly of my 6550 expansion kit and sent an email to Yora asking if they could be sent out to me. Jim W. Got back to me much quicker than I expected and the parts are on the way. Great customer service! Thank you very much.

This little machine was exactly why I was hoping for in my first CNC router. It’s been a lot of fun working with it and I can’t wait to really get into doing all sorts of projects.

We had some shipping difficulties. Yora customer care did all they could to correct this issue. Each time I inquired they responded in a timely manner. They were very patient and kind with me even when I lost my nut. I did my research to make sure this company was the right place for me to start out as I know there are a lot of scammers out there. They kept me reassured. I have heard about people receiving machines from other companies and not being able to use them due to lack of technical and customer supports or not even receiving them. I was a wee nervous when the shipping company dropped my machine three provinces away but the Yora peeps dealt with it asap and even sent me a gift to help me when I did receive my machine. My machine works too. I am so excited to start creating with my laser/cnc 3018!! Thank you Yora!

The customer service that I’ve received from all YoraHome is top notch, everybody is Very helpful and prompt.
