We have had the laser going for about 5 days now and we like the LaserGRBL free program but you can't put any letters in it. We tried the LightBurn Software and like it better. We have got it to work well. We were on our third day of using the program and the file that we were burning usually took around 40 minutes to burn. We left the machine running and came back about 35 minutes later and the machine had stopped before it was finished. Now we cannot get lightburn to connect! I have tried two other USB cables to no avail. I tried removing the program and re-installing it and that did not work. When I check the concole it says waiting for connection. Powered down everything and waited 15 minutes. All the drivers are up to date. I did have an update on the light burn software and it ran for a day after that. The GRBL software still works but it also stopped for no reason and lost USB connection. Is the controller "Brain" going bad?? I emailed the support team and Jim answered me back within 1 day! He is sending a new main processing board. I'm sure this will fix the problem. A Great Team! Thank-you, Ted

I submitted some questions via email and got a call back from Nick in 30 minutes. While I am an experienced woodworker, the 3018 is a new tool for me. Nick spent about 20 minutes answering all my newbie questions. The information was very helpful and got me over some initial difficulties. Great customer service. Thanks

Just had my first need to work with the parts group. My fault. On a Sunday emailed and listed the parts by description and machine model. In a very short period of time I received a quote/invoice in which I was able to order parts from without exiting the invoice. Nicely done Yora

I’ve been purchasing Yorahome products for over a year. Ive upgraded my laser and found that now I have a laser with no frame. :( So, they also have a very helpful group, I asked simply if I could just purchase a frame and to my surprise they had sent me an invoice to my email to just purchase a frame! Well… I also had just ordered another piece for my new laser and they were AWESOME ENOUGH to attach my new purchase to my recent purchase to save me on duty fees!! Yorahome sells a quality product. There were a few issues with the machine that were from the manufacturer not Yorahome. Jim at Yorahome support was quick to make contact with me and the manufacturer to get the issues resolved. Parts replaced in a timely manner and took the time to speak with me to insure that I was up and running. I would certainly buy from Yorahome again.
