Well my 6550 arrived today 3/08/2021 here in Scotland, I have not been able to build it up due to work within the house but will right another when built up.

Had a question and it was answered by Nick in less than an hour.

I recently purchased a 6550 laser engraver. When I called to address some setup issues, Jim and Nick were incredibly responsive and worked with me until everything was working as expected. Great customer service and great product!

Completely new to laser engraving and just got my 6550 last week and found I really needed the Z axis and a Drag Chain so I went to Yora Home and placed my order on Friday night. Sunday night around 8pm I received a call from the gentleman at Yora that was filling my order, sorry I don't remember his name, to let me know he was getting my order ready to ship and noticed the I had ordered a Drag Chain for a 65100 and he checked my records and saw that I had not ordered the expansion kit and this chain would not work on my unit. He said he was happy to change my order to the correct chain I needed and was happy to tell me it was $10 cheaper than the one I had ordered and he would credit me back the difference, which he did within 20 minutes. To have a company take such care with their customers and check their order records to ensure they are getting exactly what they need instead of just shipping a part is a breathe of fresh air. I was skeptical about ordering such an inexpensive laser and what kind quality and service I would receive, but not anymore. Thank you Yora and keep up the great service!

Was having trouble burning a logo into pine. It didn't take long and I was back at work.

I didn't get everything downloaded like I needed and Nick was patient and walked me thru process. He knew what I was talking about even when I didn't know how to explain it. Thanks alot.
