Very good service well pleased

I researched YoraHome extensively and choose them for several reasons, one the positive reports for customer service. I received my new Silverback recently and had a lot of questions - a lot. I also had a parts question. The staff was patient with me and helped isolate the issue, overnighted a replacement part, and I was good to go. In fact, the top tech person helped me out personally. CNC is new to me and with a lot of questions, it is a must to have top-notch customer service.

I love this machine and customer service is top notch. They have responded to all of my questions within 10 minutes or less. I am selling my other laser and 3D printer and buy from Yorahome.

I am getting on a bit now at 83 I wanted something to keep the brain working. I found it with you guys. I am having so much fun now I can't believe it. Keep it coming please.

I have 2 yorahome machines , the 3.5 and my 40w Yorabeast. Was hooked after the first one . Since, have purchased the dragchain , the z axis and the shields , and am thinking a third one . I've bought a few products from Yorahome this year and the most recent was the Silverback CNC router. WOW! Real value for money, well engineered and again easy to assemble. Delivery was a little slower due to the size of the boxes and our local UPS hub is renowned for being slow. Instructions are very good and all tools are supplied. Great service again!!

These guys are totally awesome. They're always there to help if you should have any difficulties. Anything you order gets shipped out very quickly and they stand behind their products.
