So I haven’t received my purchase yet but I will say I asked every question possible cause i wanted to make sure I would have a good support system when it came to my purchase for my business I felt very confident after talking with Jeremy that the people that work for the company also use these product for their business at home it felt personal and I know if I have a problem I know I will get the help I need ... Excellent Company supplying first rate equipment. I purchased the CNC 3018-PRO with extension kit + 40W laser attachment. The assembly was easy and all the pieces fitted exactly - a pure pleasure in assembling this kit. Videos are numerous to help in the assembly. A quick query to their support desk about the laser and this was answered within a few hours. Thoroughly recommend this company.

I love my 6550 and I’m getting ready to buy another one I do excellent work with it
