Receive my first CNC machine from YoraHome yesterday. Opened it up in the evening to assemble it and found there was no manual. Around 8pm I email support, not expecting an answer until tomorrow. Wow, 15 or 20 minutes later get an email from YoraHome with the user manual attached. Great service. I was then able to easily assemble the machine. Thank you Jeremy.

The parts department answered all my questions and was able to send me the parts (T nuts) that I needed for my machine and at a very responsible price.

I live in a remote area and the shipping company handed my parcel to a third party for delivery I was unable to track so I emailed Yora for help they quickly emailed me back with all the information I needed, I found where my parcel was at Canada post and now have it, a no hassle happy ending.

I now own both a cnc and a laser machine. When i was assembling the laser, i was certain that i didn't have the laser. After sending pictures of my assembly and the items that came with it, it turned out that i had already installed. The confusion came from a picture in the instructions - their laser looked different, and i'm a bone head. 🤨 Thank you for the help

Again! Support 👌 absolutely the best customer service. I’m a yorahome lifer and always pumped when I get to purchase an add on.. only wish I didn’t have to pay duties every time I get an order to Canada. But…. Still a 5 star!
