When you start to believe customer service is out the window. Geno from Yorahome proves me wrong. Geno took his time to help me with a 40watt laser issue. He helped in all technical aspects. And then went to bat for me on a laser replacement. Geno is awesome. He listened to everything I had to say. Thank you Geno Thumbs Up.

Nick really helped me get my 3018pro back up and running in which I am grateful for his help. I wasn’t sure what went wrong after the update so I had purchased a new main controller thinking it had maybe gotten damaged some how because of this update. I’m still waiting for the controller by the way… So Nick helped solve the issue. It was the update… thank you again for your help Nick!
