Geno is the best very helpful and patient, he helped us get our laser working. We bought our laser in 2020 and have not been able to get it going until Geno helped us. He is fantastic.

Yesterday Nick Gaston took me through an hour long introduction to my new Yorahome 6550 Laser Engraver. The hour was well worth the time. Outstanding customer service. A nice “solid” unit (3018 pro”) Easy to set up. Instructional booklet was spot on. 1st test went very smoothly. Looking to many “ enhanced “ projects in the future.
