Bad delivery service
Bad delivery service. Left package at mailbox one quarter mile from house beside public road with a thunderstorm approaching

Warranty is garbage
Warranty is garbage, laser lasted long enough to do maybe 30 cutting boards. Not impressed that I have to buy another laser module

Thanks Paul for your review. We are sorry that your laser didn't last according to your expectations. Laser life is dependent upon operating methods and proper care. Running at full power repeatedly will greatly shorten the life of the laser due to thermal stress on the circuitry. Keeping your laser below 80% power during normal operation has been shown to help prolong the life of the diode. We also suggest to our customers to take advantage of routine "cooldown" stages during long projects, as this will help prevent overheating. Computer issue.
Good machine, took about 3 hours to put together. Having trouble with my computer recognizing my comm port. My device manager doesn’t list any comm ports. But I have two USB ports on the computer. stuck on the computer issue it should not be that hard. Once I get it running I submit another review.

I email Yora to tell them i wanted the better laser instead of what i received but I didn't get any info on how to get it.

Wasted upwards of £500 on two defective…
Wasted upwards of £500 on two defective 15w lazers , one defective carriage , 40 day warranty not worth much when goods take 2 weeks to arrive in the first place , first 15w lazer lasted less than 10 burns and the replacement one the same only to be told your out of warranty when the replacement broke as well , the defective carriage took nearly two months to replace after numerous emails back and forth and after being made to feel it was my fault after much finger pointing at me as to how two lazers and a new carriage wouldn’t work , obviously had a massive problem with the original lazers that were sold as the lazer heads are now from a different supplier in China , I know this after the additional 3-5w lazer that I had from yora stopped working and ordered a replacement one for that unit , only to be told they had changed suppliers , you won’t find any bad reviews on any of their own pages ( even though their has been many disgruntled customers) as they get deleted and user gets banned/ blocked from commenting on anything ,

Not happy w service!!
I was unaware of the extent of assembly. Very difficult to see and assemble. Asked to return and refund, received a return authorization number,, returned item, nearly a month ago and have not heard back from them neither have I received my money back! Not happy!!
