It was a most welcome addition that she was familiar with an outdated graphics program that I still use, so we were able to talk "on the same level." I really appreciated her knowledge and obvious enthusiasm for the product(s) she represents!

I am a new customer, as of December 2022. I emailed a question about a plastic laser shield piece that was not magnetically attaching to the laser, as it was supposed to. I emailed my question less than 30 minutes before Yorohome’s stated closing time at 6pm est. Then at 10minutes after their stated closing time of 6pm est., my phone rings and it is Jeremy from Yorohome. He called to tell me how to fix the laser shield piece by backing out the 4 tiny screws just a little on the laser so that the magnets could make contact to attach. And, just like that, it was fixed. Jeremy was extremely professional, friendly, and so kind. He explained how to fix it in terms I could easily understand. What company, these days, does this? I had read several reviews about Yorohome’s customer support service as having quick turnaround, friendly service in responding to customer’s questions and requests. That was one of the reasons why I decided to buy my CNC Laser machine from Yorohome. And now that I have experienced their customer support service, I am very happy that I did buy from Yorohome. Kudos to Jeremy! I am super impressed with your customer support service. And, Thank You, Yorohome! I am very happy with my 6550 Pro Laser Machine. I’m still learning how to use it, and just to know that I can get help that quickly and easily, if I ever need it, is a big deal to me. Loretta Bruce
