Fire button not firing
Had issues with my upgraded laser but with exceptional help from UK support I’m up and running again.

I contacted Yorohome customer service…
I contacted Yorohome customer service about two pieces of hardware that was missing from my 3018 pro cnc router. They sent the items out to me the same day a long with some extras. Great experience!

I do not have one of these lasers
I do not have one of these lasers, but am contemplating one. Asking questions first helps clear the way for me. I asked a technical question and got back - quickly - a reply that was equally technical and highlighted a problem with assisted inert air on lasers. I was impressed. It stays on my list.

Customer support is amazing
Customer support is amazing. I had a power issue with my new machine, and once I was sent the proper wiring configuration I was up and running. Their response times are pretty quick, and even over the holidays I was able to get the help I needed.
