Geno & Keri from YoraHome went above and beyond to solve our equipment failure issues in a fair and expedited manner.

I contacted YoraHome with an issue on my 6550 Pro. The team responded right away. I was contacted via Zoom and Geno walked me through several steps to resolve my issues and after determining that I needed to replace my controller board it was mailed out right away. I should mention the reason my machine had problems was because of my mistake and had nothing to do with product.

The staff are always quick to answer questions and help out. The staff are very professional.

Aftersales is absolutely fantastic. The CNC I bought is great, much stronger than the Chinese toys you can find over the internet. Every single one of their emails from marketing is interesting and helpful. Truly a fantastic company to work with.
