I am giving it a three but it should be…
I am giving it a three but it should be 0. Only reason is customer service was amazing at helping me since I was sent the wrong machine and the supplier never shipped my machine after my initial complaint. Also the quality of this machine is sub par I am missing parts and pieces look used. I am not happy about the whole experience but I will say customer service was on point. I just got the laser 6550 40 watt laser and I have had to make my open parts to get it up and running. I do not plan on recommending this to friends

Laser engraving issues
I have put together my laser engraver but still cannot find the comport selection under devices on my laptop. I even went and bought a new HP laptop. I have the laser engraver on a counter top I build just for it but am not sure I’ll get an internet signal in my out building. So my question is, if I can’t get the laser engraver to work can I return it? Thank you

Hello Steven, Yes, you can return it. But, it will be in accordance with our return policy. With that being said, this shouldn't happen. First, because it is a simple issue to fix. Second, we have an entire structure (helpdesk, 1-on-1 video support, Facebook group, manuals, etc.) built that can help with any questions you may have to setup and start using your machine effectively. Yorahome responded well.
Update: I did receive a replacement laser from Yorahome in a very timely manner thanks to Jeremy and his staff. I have the machine put together but haven't had a chance to try it, I'm looking forward to learning more about the art of laser craft! Original: I haven’t received my laser yet but the shipping time is extremely slow, literally it feels like my laser is on a slow boat from China! Just beware that shipping can take a month or longer because of the shipping company.

I had to send 3 email to get a response
I had to send 3 email to get a call back. I’m a police detective and finally received a call back during my working hours which I was not able to take. I called the return numbers and each time I was told the person at that extension was busy. I still have two pieces of Yorahome equipment I can not use. Darric Roesler
