Great customer service and troubleshooting. I had a problem with my laser 6550. They were very quick to reply and provided suggestions to help get back up and running.

My questions and, yes, a couple of complaints, have been handled to my complete satisfaction and in a timely manner. I don't see how anyone could ask more. No one is perfect but they're working on it.

I needed a part (spindle) that was not offered. I tried a chat and typed in that I needed an invoice for a spindle. The chat said that the business was closed. I figured that I would send them an email. Before I could get halfway through the email, I heard a ding from the chat box open in another browser tab. They replied that they emailed me an invoice! I love this company because the support is the best I have ever worked with.

Once again Yorahome comes through! Sent a message to support before 8:00am ET about a part I needed. I received a reply within 5 minutes. Order was generated and waiting for payment. Thank you!
