I experienced trouble with the spindle on my CNC router, it stopped spinning. I reached out the Yorahome customer support team and received a quick response. After providing them a bit more information they informed me that replacement parts had been shipped to me. A tracking number was even provided. The replacement parts that arrived, exceeded my expectations and had me up and running. I bought from this company because of the great reviews and they absolutely lived up to it. Had a question about banding when laser engraving photos. Nick was kind enough to take his time and gave me multiple options on resolving my issue. He is to be commended for sharing his expertise.

Amazing Support and warranty replaced the whole system when we had trouble trying to get things worked out and now everything is running like it should. Many times we had to correspond with very different time zone and nearly always we were able to work out a suitable time to suit both Yorahome support and myself.
