Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration and understand your concern about the sizing. For our extra-wide outdoor roller shades, some final adjustments may be required after delivery and installation. Due to transportation and packaging requirements, the shade dimensions may need to be adjusted during setup to achieve the desired width and height settings. Please fully extend the shade fabric before checking the measurements. Once installed, the width and height settings can be adjusted to ensure the shade fits and operates properly. We’d be happy to assist you with the adjustment process and help make sure your shade is set up correctly. Best regards, Yoolax Team

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. After reviewing both orders carefully, we’d like to clarify the situation. The first order (#YX22313) was manufactured according to the measurements provided at the time of purchase. Since the dimensions entered on the order were used for production, the shade was made as requested. For the second order (#YX23325), after reviewing the measurements you provided, we confirmed there was a sizing issue and agreed to refund the cost of the remake as a resolution. We always strive to provide accurate custom-made products and fair solutions when issues occur. We appreciate your feedback and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. Best regards, Yoolax Team
