For a premium brand, Yokkao’s quality control is embarrassing. I ordered Matrix 14 oz gloves from a distributor in Germany and the first pair had the left glove about 1 cm larger than the right. I returned them, and the replacement had the exact same issue again. Their excuse was that the gloves are handmade so sizes can vary — but these were clearly different in size. Completely unacceptable for such an overpriced product. Never again. Edit: I appreciate Yokkao’s response, but I’m not sure it’s entirely clear. If one glove is 1 cm bigger in every direction, it will feel and fit completely different from the other one. When you’re dealing with high-end products, the minimum expectation is that they are consistent. Being handmade is not really an excuse. So beware of buying this product without trying it first.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. From your review it appears that the purchase was made through a third-party distributor rather than our official store. In these cases, exchanges and product checks are normally handled directly by the retailer where the item was purchased. Our gloves are handcrafted, and small variations can occur as part of the traditional manufacturing process. A difference of around 1 cm can fall within normal tolerance and does not affect the performance, protection, or durability of the gloves. That said, we always take feedback seriously. 🚨 DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS 🚨 They state a delivery date, and time passes, but it still doesn't arrive. No communication, no updates......NOTHING. You then asked to cancel it as it was needed for a particular date. (Just for clarity, it's been 5 weeks since the order date) You're then told you can't cancel and to choose something else, since it's all stated in their terms. Just so everyone knows, their terms don't meet consumer law standards here in the UK, so challenge them. I am not claiming the money back via American Express. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I wish i had read the many reviews here before purchasing.
