Yoga Girl®Reviews of yogagirl.com

I love everything about this platform. From the live classes, to on demand practices , to the newly added sharing circles. Totally worth the cost. It would be great to see a build your own practice portion of the platform for those who are more experienced and would like guidance on building their own flow to follow.

Amazing, deep experience. Yoga girl is an amazing community! thank you

I shared the "sharing-circle" online and I absolutely LOVED it! <3

An honest, vulnerable, helpful and safe space for all. A diverse range of yoga practices and teachers. There’s always something for the time, mood, and type of day you’re having. It’s the best gift you can give yourself or others. It’s more than yoga, it’s a community and a self-care toolkit as with navigate being real humans! Really something special.

This isn’t only a platform to do yoga online. It goes beyond that and if you want you can join this community and find support within this. You can do asana yoga and even live classes AND they also support you on a mental way! You have changed my life together with your whole team! Thank you for that! Xxx

I could not fault the passion, commitment and collaboration of everyone involved. I loved my experience, I found it absolutely life changing and have such deep respect for the forum that you all create for people to grow in a way that is so deeply personal. I understand that was not a one person job and although you were there, having fun with us all, you were also working tirelessly to ensure we were all getting the most from our experience. I wanted to extend to Rachel that I deeply appreciate what it feels like to have a responsibility to be "on". Facilitating reflection is not an easy task. It is a beautiful skill to feel the energy of that many people and hold each one of them. I could feel the importance of that responsibility and ensuring that everyone was a person and not a number by remembering everyone's name. The greatest lesson I took out of the retreat was that I cannot be the do-er of all for everyone. I learned I can cherish helping and can also cherish my boundaries and time away from it. Hearing your decision to not do retreats for a period of time after Envision was inspirational. There are not enough people in our society who role model adapting their lives away from the churn that society tells us our life is supposed to be. Particularly when it comes to playing roles encouraging personal growth. I don't think people understand that it is not just asking a reflective question and hearing someone's answer. Thankyou, from the deepest part of my heart, thankyou.

I love the Yoga Girl classes, and I think they're doing a really good job of discussing race issues and compiling anti-racism resources, both through the Yoga Girl website, and through Rachel's Instagram and podcasts.

Yoga Girl brings a variety of incredible classes, information and resources. It is more then just a place to practice, but to grow individually and build community with others!
