My first sharing circle experience was amazing. Everything ran so smooth and all of my questions were addressed. So thankful for this community!

I am not sure why it is so much easier to share with strangers than family and friends, but it is. It is a great feeling being in a safe space to share anything and everything with no judgment. It is also a great place to practice active listening. Knowing the other person is just there to listen really leaves a feeling of being heard, seen, and felt. I feel so much lighter after, even though the problems are still present. Just letting it out really helps.

Yogagirl.com utilizes the diversity that the yoga community is known for in the variety of Teachers and styles it offers. All abilities levels, all body types, all are welcome and most importantly You as an individual feel welcomed.

Such a beautiful community helping me to connect to myself and others. Love the live classes, sharing circles and Rachel’s way of holding space for others while sharing openly herself. Thank you!

Fantastic circle. Clear instructions. The technology was seamless. I had a wonderful time and hope to do it again!

This was a wonderful opportunity to be vulnerable and to let some heaviness go. Hearing someone else speak about their struggles and emotions and just holding space for them was a great practice.

I loved using YogaGirl.com, unfortunately I lost my job because of Covid and just can’t afford it anymore. I am very sad to be leaving the community but hopefully I can come back. The only this I had trouble with was I signed up and was confirmed for the sharing circle 7/30, and unfortunately every time it tried to get onto the zoom session it just was saying I was requesting to be in it. So that was a bummer, but other than that absolutely no issues. Thank you!
