I really love the teachers on the website, and have been following Rachel for a few years now. There are some good high quality classes on the platform but there has not been anything new added for a long time. Also subscribed cuz weekly live classes were promised, but they stopped when Rachel moved to Sweden. Now just the same old classes get re-added. Would really like some new content or I unfortunately will unsubscribe. Also, would be great if there was an app!

Thank you for your feedback Natalie. While we haven’t been able to add any new classes in a couple of months, we are in the process of some exciting new things to come and look forward to sharing those in the coming months. We appreciate you being a part of our community and hope to continue having you with us as we continue to make improvements.
Much love,

I loved this website when I first found…
I loved this website when I first found it 2 years ago. Rachel changed my life. But I am disappointed I am having to do the same classes over and over again. It is no longer enjoyable for me. I would have appreciated an email telling me my subscription was about to renew, now I am stuck paying for these classes I have done again and again, for another 3 months. Please add new classes, or this website is going to fail.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback Gina. When subscriptions are not temporarily paused, our system is set up to send out reminder emails for our quarterly and yearly members when their memberships are about to renew. As you had paused your subscription for 6 months, your subscription resumed automatically after that period, which was shown in your account settings. However, we apologize if this was not made clear, if no reminder was sent after that un-pausing, and we appreciate your feedback as it will help us make improvements in the future.
In regards to the classes offered with the subscription, we are also sorry to hear that they are no longer enjoyable for you. We are looking forward to sharing new things with our community very soon and truly hope to continue supporting you on your journey as we make these improvements and changes in the coming months if you decide to remain with us.
With love,
Team Yoga Girl®

The website crashes/glitches
The website crashes/glitches? I’ll be in the middle of a class and every 10 mins or so I get kicked out of a class and I have to rejoin and find the spot I got kicked out of. At first I thought it was because I was air playing it on my tv but then I tried taking a class just using my device and still same thing happened. It’s super frustrating and I’m not sure I’ll keep the membership if I can’t take a full class without this happening. Also I wish there was a better way to sort through the classes by instructor or just in general the way most fitness apps allow you to. Having to scroll for pages and pages under an instructor’s profile to find a class is pretty annoying. It’s too bad cuz the content is great, I just wish the experience was more smooth and less glitchy.

Hi Tina,
Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback as it helps us continue to improve. We completely understand your frustration, and would really love to help you troubleshoot the glitching issue you are experiencing to get that resolved as soon as possible as it is not an issue we have run into in the past. If you could please email our customer support team at [email protected], and include what browsers/devices you are using, that would be helpful. We suspect it may have something to do with either a software update that you need to make, cache you may need to clear from your browser, or possibly something else, but we hope to help you resolve it as soon as we receive further details so that it doesn't continue to cause you frustration.
As for the class sorting, we do have a few different options to sort through classes: 1) Using the Filters on the Class Library page, 2) the search bar for more specific searches 3) Favorite classes (which get saved on your My Mat and 4) our new "Playlists" feature. We recommend that if you come across a class that you enjoy, to "heart" it to move it into your personal My Mat page. From My Mat you can also group your favorites and any other classes from individual teachers as you like with Playlists (for example, all your favorite from Rachel Brathen can be placed in one Playlist all together in one place).
With that said, we are always looking to make adjustments whenever possible to make things as seamless and easy as possible. If you have specific suggestions, we would love to hear what you think so we can try to make your experience more enjoyable.
Thank you again for reaching out to us. We appreciate you and hope that you will continue being a part of our community.
With love,
Team Yoga Girl®

No new content for a long time
I started watching Yogagirl during the free 30 days of yoga during the beginning of the pandemic. She was a good source of inspiration and calm. I really only enjoyed her teachings. So I subscribed for the year. I have taken advantage of watching some other teachers, but I prefer Rachel the best. However as time went on Rachel has fallen off the map with her teachings and any extras for her membership members. I’m glad to know that I need to cancel my membership or I will be automatically charged. I tried to get my free T-shirt but the admin department said I needed some “code” from when I subscribed??? I could not find what they meant. I DiD want my free shirt & would have been happy to promote Yogagirl‘s but I guess that’s not happening. I would follow Rachel again when she actually starts teaching again.
It’s been a very long time with no new content. So I’ve lost interest. I wish her and her family all the best in health!
She’s a great teacher.

Hi Reba! Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. As for the free t-shirt, the coupon code to use would be in your original confirmation email, but if that has been misplaced, you can write to us again at [email protected] and our team can provide you a new code. We apologize for the misunderstanding there. As for new content, we hope to begin filming again soon once Rachel and her family are settled again, and we hope to film with the other guides as well when covid restrictions are lifted. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for being a part of our community. We hope to see you back in the future.
Much love,
Team Yoga Girl

January 1st 108 suN SALUTATION CLASS WAS A BIT DISSAPPOINTING
I did the January 1st 108 sun salutation class. I love Rachel but was disappointed that the class was basically on your own. It would have been nice to have guided class. This was my 3rd time doing 108 sun salutations and I have never had to keep track on my own. The teacher always did the class and we followed along.
