I appreciated that they draft it up first. I was able to provide feedback, addition pictures and change a few things after the original submission. I felt that the faces were not spot on the first time but after i provided closer photos, the illustrators got it right! It was also easy to contact and have a back n forth convo to work out the kinks. When I opened it up completed I was so happily surprised! They did a fantastic job and I will certainly use this company again!

So first of all it took long to get the job done. I expected to arrive to Malta by the 1st of December. And I used to reply immediately. And the cute dog has nothing to do with the actual dog. It looks like it is a disabled dog.

The result is amazing! A few back-and-forths were necessary, but it’s still an excellent gift to give. Thank you!

They are really Patient and understanding, LOVE THE RESULTS! Cant wait to surprise my husband
