Great service. Would give the picture a 4/5 because my wife didn’t look too accurate. But with the small undetailed feedback I gave for the picture this is pretty awesome.

The result is amazing! A few back-and-forths were necessary, but it’s still an excellent gift to give. Thank you!

The drawing was great! It took longer than expected but it was worth the wait. The customer service is great 5/5. After the first sketch I made some changes and the artist did a great job! Will repeat!!

Il lavoro è stato abbastanza veloce, dopo 2 modifiche nello sketch e 2 nei colori, in circa 6 giorni compreso il weekend ho ottenuto il PNG e il PDF. Qualcosa nelle mie modifiche non è stata riportata, forse perché devono rispettare delle "grandezze" o hanno solo una determinata gamma di colori. La pecca è che non ti inviano la tela, come da foto e video postate sui social. Solo dopo aver pagato mi sono resa conto che avrei dovuto stampare io il dipinto. Inoltre, essendo che la tela ha bisogno di 2 cm di spazio ai lati da dover usare, ho dovuto rinunciare alla tela e prendere un quadro perché se no avrei tagliato i piedi dell'uomo e una parte del cane che era disegnato a terra. In generale però sono rimasta molto soddisfatta, e spero lo sarà pure il mio ragazzo quando vedrà il suo regalo di compleanno 😅

I had very fast responses and I love even when I asked for things to change or be fixed the responses were very polite and the changes were made very quickly. One suggestion I'd have is for higher resolution documents sent because I had problems with it being blown up for big prints.

They responded everything, very helpful and friendly staff. They took about 6days because I made changes. The only thing they don’t specify is that they don’t send you the painting, in my opinion Very expensive just for a drawing.
