We have been using Yext for over a year. All in all it seems to be a good one stop place to manage some of your social media. We have had a challenge with our phone number in which on some sites it came up incorrectly. I was advised that it was not a Yext issue. Still working on getting it resolved. Besides that I have been happy and plan to continue.

Adam Gussin takes care of our Yext account and he makes the process easy and even pleasant. He was very thorough in explaining how to optimize our account and sent over some technical issues over to someone else in their department--they emailed a response to my issues quickly. Identifying the categories for my Yext account was a little annoying. Instead of having a master list, you have to type in parts of words that are sort of like your product/service categories. Other than that the system is very easy to use. We are happy with the promptness, courteousness, and knowledge of our account manager, Adam!
