Originally they put my information up as the wrong company, it was a company with similar name 2000 miles away. My rep said they would fix it and would call me for training. I never was called for training and figured out how to do my own changes. You really need to tweak it yourself or you won't have what you want posted. All in all it is working but with very little help from them, and it is pricey. That said you can't do it yourself so you really don't have much choice.
