I contacted YEXT because I had an issue with one of the various online search sites that did not transfer our contact information to our new location after four years even though I made multiple attempts - and I could not get any results. I contracted with YEXT and was pleased that I could upload and manipulate multiple different listing sites at the same time...... The reason for the 4 stars vs. 5 is that even though the service has been excellent and responsive, the original reason for working with YEXT, and the reason for the initial investment to change the listing error, could not be fixed and is still not fixed due to an algorithm (?) issue on the part of the site and YEXT seem to have now way to solve it. That being said...... I am happy with YEXT overall and would continue with them in the future.

Amazing piece of software. Have no idea how it works but it got my entire profile fixed. For years I have not taken care of my professional profile. In 3 months they had me on the radar and now I have so many patients finding me. Thank You so very much.. Highly recommended.

The program is not easy and customer service is not much hepl. Alot of money, you would think that the customer service would be more helpful.

I've had this service for over 6 months and have yet to get my first call from these ads they put out on all these so-called sites ones that nobody has even heard of waste of money waste of time and a waste of energy take my advice go somewhere else.

After a year. I could not find evidence that the service helped my site on google my biz on the other side they have good customer service. But it's a pracey product that monopolized the niche

I like the concept of Yext and functionally it works without an issue. It does not seem to generate any leads or traffic for my particular business.

Yext was easy to use and help is readily available if you need it. We moved our office location and within several weeks all of the major search engines and listing sites had the corrected address and information. Money will spent
