Easy to execute at point of purchase and as a product in practical terms. Would recommend both the product and the team to any business but especially to those who are less savvy technologically and still see the importance of online advertising with regards to driving revenue.

As a real estate property manager and developer, location matters most! Yext makes it easy to update important information that our residents and future residents can see in real time! Their partnership with Google is just icing on the cake. Now I can log into one platform to make any updates I need, knowing that information will push to Google My Business almost instantly. If I have any questions, my Yext rep is there to help me along the way.

Setting up our account with Yext was easy and the Rep spent time with me answering any questions I had and explaining how Yext could save us tons of time as they will continually update all online directories for us. We only have to add new information once--on Facebook, for example, and they pick it up and update everything else.

The promises that were given were just blown off. The main promise about help with ranking of certain search words were not even attempted. Spend the money and time on something else. It also took them over 40 days to respond to this review post, so their service does not work any better for them! They then told me to reach out to them which is not easy but they did not offer to reach out to me their customer!

The staff at Yext are great. Having them for a few months I only got 1 phone call. $500 for getting my stuff fixed and promoted was a decent deal so I didn't have to deal with it.

I heard great reviews about yext from a friend. I got it and it didnt really change anything for my business. As for as an increase in clients. I wont be getting it next year
