My account manager Karen is a pleasure to work with. Sometimes support can take a while to respond, but the advice is always meticulous. I particularly appreciate Imene’s videos, which help provide a visual for how to follow the steps.

A really easy to use platform that is widely adopted across the organisation. This tool has been vital during the pandemic, with out outlets opening and closing frequently and people relying on local search more than ever. The Yext support team were always quick with responding to any queries we had.

We're having MAJOR issues with their support "alias." We have a partner account, trying to get 3 clients live ASAP, yet I've had an open ticket with their support team for nearly 2 weeks without resolution. I find it unconscionable that their new-client, onboarding support is just a link to a list of articles to help guide through the setup process. Some of the articles contain old, no longer relevant info. For example, a short how-to video makes references to a UI that is clearly not up to date. Stay away, just an awful experience.

We paid $7,600 for a year of Yext. We have been told that to get a person to talk to and actual support it would cost us an additional $1,239. Currently we can only get support through Yext help and it takes almost a month for them to respond. I am not happy with this platform and wish I would have went with another vendor!
