Don't buy any of their bikes! They are junk!

This company was great! I was having a problem with my bike they tried to help me troubleshoot it and then send me a new cable and it solved the problem! They even went above and beyond and replaced my phone mount that had broke. The customer service was amazing and I absolutely love my bike!

YeSoul customer service is always responsive and they will get back to you asap. I've had good experience so far with the after service as well as the exercise bike. It is a great alternative to Peloton at a fraction of the price and they also have a fitness app that you can subscribe to. Highly recommend!

I was a bit sceptical at first but the bike came quicker than I expected it was well packed no damage done. Out of the box it was put together as quick as I wanted. There was an issue but this is being resolved. The bike is well made quality materials and as I followed the video it was easy to put together. Works really well look forward to more hours on the bike it was really quiet and the speakers on the screen was loud enough. I love the fact it can mirror all on my iPhone or iPad. Looking forward to trying out the app and maybe a membership soon.

Delivery was superfast. Assembly was easy and the instructions were great! The bike is as good or better quality as the top brands and you cant beat the price. But whats even better is you can stream off your phone from any media platform where the expensive brands block you. Customer service is fast and the best help.

A great bike! Sturdy, comfortable and easy to set up. I especially like how it comes with everything you need to get cycling straight away (such as the cable to attach your phone etc) . Very happy with this purchase

Good customer service

Got to be honest I was a bit unsure when purchasing this. I was pleasantly surprised when it came though, firstly how quick delivery was, then setting it up was painless and simple. I experienced a small problem with the screen but the excellent customer service quickly sorted that with constant communication. Overall I would highly recommend this bike over the more expensive options out there.
