Yesoul FitnessReviews of yesoulfitness.com

Th ergonomic design of this recumbent bike really stands out. It supports my back perfectly during works out, so I can focus on my fitness without worrying about discomfort.

My dealings with the customer service team has been nothing but fantastic. They helped me with my questions on delivery of my Yesoul bike. Even though the delivery date was pushed forward, they explained the reason for the delay in delivery. The Yesoul bike itself has been superb to use and the price is unmatched compared to what you get for it. I will highly recommend Yesoul to anyone interested in buying a bike that does not cost much and will help you with your fitness and health journey. I will give Yesoul 5 start for there service

Excellent customer service! I had a question before we ordered, and it was answered promptly the next day. We ordered the bike, as well as the rower, and both were shipped out quickly. Both were easy to put together following the instructions. Good build quality, just don't forget to tighten everything down.

Great customer service, quick, concise and effective.

Had a great experience from start to finish with ordering from this company. I was kept up to date with every step from processing order to being told that the shipping would be delayed due to running out of stock. As soon as the bike I ordered was back in stock I was told and then it was shipped out that day. I was given daily updates on where my bike was along with tracking information and once shipped it only took 3 days to arrive! It arrived very well packed which I was relieved about as my bike came with a tv screen and I remember worrying about it arriving smashed but no, everything was very secure. The bike itself is fantastic! So happy with it. It tells you everything you need to know and with the yesoul fitness app I can pick from many spin bike routines which really does help keep you motivated and no need to leave your house to join a spinning class. Would definitely buy more equipment from this company in the future. Just a great shopping experience from start to finish and they are very thorough at answering any question with very quick responses of which I really appreciated.

I set rowing machine in front of the TV, and while the game is on, I'm getting a solid workout in. It's a great way to stay active and engaged without missing out on the excitement of the match

Great bike as a peleton competitor really I pressed with the build quality and the interactive screen sharing screen!

I purchased a treadmill from Yesoul I would definitely recommend. The treadmill so far is as good of a product as the stationary bike that I purchased last year. I did have to get a broken part replaced soon after receiving but my issue was taken çare of by their customer support team fast and efficiently.
