Multiple attempts this company has tried to buy a positive review from me when I’ve had a very poor experiences with their support as well as getting all necessary items for my product. After my initial poor review they offered 2 months of their subscription service if I changed my rating from a poor rating to a 5 star rating. Edit: I wanted to add the specifics of my experience. - ordered treadmill. - treadmill packaging was poor so parts fell out during shipping. - took about a month to get the necessary parts to assemble my product, even then some screws were missing but I bought them. - I was offered a single month free subscription as compensation. - closer to ticket resolution I was asked to give a 5 star review in order to get an extra 2 months free. - after receiving this, I left a 1 star review talking about this shady practice. - I was reached back out to offering my 2 more months again as compensation. - was told TO REDEEM THE COMPENSATION I HAD TO CHANGE MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS. It seems pretty clear to me that your company is buying reviews in the form of subscriptions, this entire experience has been unacceptable.

I purchased the GM1 bike a month ago and I'm very impressed with it. Wasn't sure it would be similar to the Peloton, but it was. Built well and rides well. It came with a 22" screen and sound bar. Its very quiet since it works off magnetic resonance. Enjoying the different modes and love the world view rides the best. The value of this bike is excellent, (about a quarter of the cost of a Peloton). I would highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for a great spin bike!

Great experience from this company. They shipped out our item in a timely manner and followed up with out delivery issues in real time. The customer service has been stellar. We are enjoying this exercise bike and look forward to the many years of ownership.

I ordered a new bike, but didn't get a delivery estimation, 1 email and they responded very quickly and reassured me of thr delivery time. Customer service has been spot on. Now thr bike is set up its great,huge screen and so far no complaints.

Just finished my first workout, awesome experience, the build was easy just needed good light and my glasses to read the build instructions (younger folk may not need) loved the first workout, it went exactly as expected, easy connection with the screen share etc.

I bought an exercise bike from Yesoul Fitness and have now used it for one week. In summary, order arrived quickly, the equipment was well packaged and good quality, it was easy to assemble and customer services was great when I had a query about the purchase. Phones attach with a cable which is provided.

Ordered the Yesoul bike after little bit of research online and it happens to be on sale therefore I placed the order immediately. the customer service team are great, quick on response when I enquired about the delivery date. we have received it on time and it was very easy to set up the bike. thank you!
