Love the bike and the staff Wendy is super supportive

Very Impressed every step of the way Had my doubts about it but saw some online reviews and thought it was worth a try. - Delivery was very fast. - The device is great (runs very quietly and smoothly, easy to assemble) - Support is also great (had a problem with my screen but support got back to me within a day and the answer was that I assembled the speaker too tightly to the screen, lol, just a small turn of the bolt and bam! all works great. - Love that you can use different apps, my wife is on Peloton, I am more of a nature guy so I use Kinomap. - The only thing that would make this probably the best device ever is if there was a direct connection to my garmin device, but everybody that has a Garmin knows how they are. Loving the G1M Plus all the way.

This company was wonderful I bought a treadmill from them. After assembling I could not get it to turn on. Their support team was top notch they walked me through every aspect on how to diagnose and fix my problem. It turned out to be just a loose connection to the motor itself. Very responsive and very helpful highly recommend them!

Ordered my bike a few weeks ago and although there was a slight delay with delivery the support team were 1st class with updates.Easy to assemble and the screen is a massive plus too.would definitely recommend.

Yesoul themselves were fantastic, ordering was easy and yes the price is attractive but the item is of excellent construction and easy to construct. The delivery company was shocking and caused most the problems for me during the order but the customer service agents were very attentive and I rarely had to wait more than a few hours for a response. The item was very well packaged which was lucky because the delivery company sent one man and seeming no pump truck which may explain how battered the box looked when it arrived! I'm happy with the item....yet to try the online services though so cant comment on that yet

Very good bike easy to put together and very smooth ride
