I just purchased a G1m plus exercise…
I'm updating my review as yesoul finally sent me replacement pedals for my G1M Plus exercise Bike. I would give 5 stars if their support people had just listened to my complaint. They kept trying to tell me that I probably installed the left pedal incorrectly. The problem was I never installed it as the pedals come with the nut already installed on the pedal and when I unscrewed the nut it was apparent that it had been cross threaded from the factory and being a retired automotive machine shop owner I am very aware that the left pedal has lefthand threads.This could have saved a lot of constant emailing back and forth to realize some of us tell the truth when a part is damaged. When my son receives this for Christmas I will update as for how well everything operates for this exercise bike. I am grateful for yesoul getting the replacement pedals to me prior to Christmas.

Am Ende sehr zufrieden mit Bike und Service
Lieferung hat ewig gedauert, aber der freundliche und zuvorkommende Service hat mich darüber hinweg schauen lassen! Das Bike: GEIL 😜 Schöner großer Monitor Aufbau geht zügig und ALLE Werkzeuge sind dabei Anleitung leicht zu verstehen Ich bin sehr zufrieden und freue mich das Bike nun sehr oft zu nutzen! 🦾🦾🦾

Oversold and now delayed
Ordered my bike G1M Max bike on the 22/11 and told on the website it is in stock to dispatch in short number of working days. I paid for the insurance and my order has not moved once since then. Messaged on web chat and told higher than expected demand and that they need to move more from the factory to meet demand and this could be delayed until mid December. This will remain 1* until resolved as no company should oversell what they do not stock and deliver as promised. Order number is UK#YESOUL4787

Mehr als zufrieden!
Yesoul bike gekauf und leider hat die Lieferung sehr lange gedauert… ABER das tolle Support Team war sofort mit den Informationen am Start! Habe dann noch für die längere Lieferzeit ein nettes Entgegenkommen abgestaubt! Bike ist nun hier und Qualität für den Preis ist meiner Meinung nach top!! Alles in allem mit der ehrlichen Kommunikation Bewertung verdient!

Hometrainer G1Plus…
Habe einen Fitness Hometrainer G1Plus zu sehr guten Konditionen gekauft, auch wen die Lieferung etwas gedauert hat, spätestens nach dem Zusammenbau des Bike ist man von der Qualität des Produkts sowie vom schnellen sachlichen Support des Kundenservice bei Fragen angenehm überrascht.
