I’m pleasantly surprised by my experience with Yesoul. I was apprehensive based on some reviews and the price seemed too good to be true Vs the leading brand. Turns out I need not have worried, ordered the bike online, communication has been really good and the bike turned up as expected. Assembly was easy, took maybe an hour on my own. Quality I can’t fault, it feels solid and robust. Connecting my phone has been straightforward to enable me to watch spin classes etc through the screen. I’ve not started my subscription yet so can’t comment on that but have every confidence it will be great from looking at the app.

Ordered a bike having read a lot of reviews and doing my research. It arrived last week, really well packed, easy to assemble. Very sturdy bike. Good screen, very easy to pair with phone. Great speakers. Had a few goes on it - so far all good. Looking forward to getting the full experience as we get more familiar with it.

Purchased a G1M PLUS, delivery was a little longer than expected, I guess due to time of year. After I enquired about the late delivery they estimated delivery on 8/12/25 but in fact it turned up the week before so not too bad in the end. The bike was really well packaged and pretty easy assembled by a single person. Connecting the bike to the app was straight forward and I have managed to make it work with a couple of other apps also so compatibility seems good. Over all for the price I paid it is good value. If the delivery was not late then it would have definitely been 5 stars.

I read and watched tonnes of reviews and made the decision to buy. I looked at other alternatives before hand but for price and quality I went with the Yesoul G1M. Honestly I am really pleased with the purchase. The bike is of very high quality and exactly what I am looking for to get myself into cycling. I did order through the busy period of the build up to Christmas so the delivery took longer than usual. However, the support team were great help and were ensuring that I would get my bike in time for Christmas. So far so good and I would highly recommend buying a bike from Yesoul.

After a slight delivery delay (post Black Friday) I have received my bike. I can say that the service received to keep me up to date on my delivery has been exemplary. The bike is amazing quality and I enjoyed my first ride yesterday. If you are in any doubt on which company to purchase from pick Yesoul...they have been brilliant.

I'm really enjoying using the bike alongside the workout videos on the app. The bike works really well and I haven't experienced any issues. I would definitely recommend purchasing one if you are considering it! Happy customer

Great customer service and the bike seems to be superb (although only used it a couple of times so far).
