I received great customer service from the team at Yesoul and am stoked with the quality of their bike. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable high quality addition to their home gym!

I don't see this in any other review so maybe it's just me but something to be aware of. I purchased a bike and when I odered it, free shipping was included. When it hadn't shipped in a week, I made an enquiry and was told that their carrier advised that shipping was going to be €170 as it was beyond the allowance for free shipping. When I ordered the bike, the shipping address was included and they clealy know that a bike is heavy. I feel it's a bit of a scam to get you to part with your money and then hit you with a shipping fee. They did point out that their shipping policy allows them to charge more in some circumstances. I wasn't going to pay another €170, particularly as I think their approach was so misleading. I have requested a refund, hopefully that happens quickly. UPDATE - I was offered a €30 voucher to help offset the €170 additional charge.......and kindly asked to remove my negative review.

Great team to deal with through the whole process, very responsive to questions and queries throughout as well. Product arrived when advised. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence.

I wanted a small bike to fit into the bedroom, the white colour is perfect as it blends in and the size is super compact! The bike was delayed but the customer service was super responsive and bike arrived in a few weeks. I am excited to start exercising every day, no excuses now!

Great customer service from the support team , great updates on shipping and delivery. Equipment delivery and set up were minimal. I ordered the G1M Max Bike the functionality and quality is excellent . Overall very impressed.
