The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn’t fully read my initial statement and ended up refunding two races totally, when really I only wanted a refund for the two shirts (but still wanted to keep the medals and still do the races). Not a huge deal, as I can rebuy the races at a later day.

I love Yes Fit.

I have had very good experiences with Yes.Fit! Customer Support is amazing.

I decided to join yes.fit about five years 2018, but took about two years off from running. I've always liked yes.fit because their challenges keep me motivated and fit. I love their medals options, they are in good quality and got shipped fast. Nowadays, I spend lots of times hiking (10 plus miles on weekend) to complete my challenges that I signed up with yes.fit. And if I don't hike, I do the challenges to train for my live half marathon races. Yes.fit is a win-win for me, I reward myself for training hard and stay in shape. I am very selective with the medals that I purchased from yes.fit.

There are to few high mile races for bike riders like me. I have a injury that doesn’t allow me to run or walk a lot. 4 months this year I couldn’t walk so I haven’t been able to really get into the year long and 6 month races. I have done most of the higher mile races that there is. Other then that I love Yes Fit

The program has gone downhill the last 18 months. They keep pushing the membership plans (and raising the prices on them) while at the same time devaluing them. For instance members are supposed to get 20% off. But there is also a discount for everyone for buying multiples. This does not properly stack for members. Additionally, when they run sales, non members get 10% off, while members only get an extra 5% off. When you run the math, the membership discount is closer to 10% rather than the 20% they advertise. Then they have added in these new workouts for members only, but they won't enable them on the website, requiring us to use their buggy app to access them. I consider these workouts useless as a result and don't count them as a benefit. Finally, they are horrible about communicating. I've had items on back order for weeks, and the only way to find out is to proactively reach out to customer service, and be told to be patient with no date estimate. An email or even just updating the online account with a status of "backordered" would go a long way here. We'd at least know it wasn't lost in the mail or otherwise forgotten. It is so sad to see a once great program slide so far like this.

I have not had so much fun earning my medals

Overall it is okay. Lots of variety of races. But I have had so many problems with the app on my phone. It wasn’t properly recording my miles especially on the Great American Adventure race. The map wouldn’t display and I couldn’t even manually enter my workouts. The medals are beautiful but really expensive. And the T-shirts sizes are all over the place. I order the same size and sometimes it fits well, other times it is to tight or way to big.
