YAMM has been a great service to use. Until recently, it was awkward to pay for and manage the account but they've rectified this issue recently. And the support I received was just stupendous. Highly recommend.

Very responsive. However, initial inquiry response lacked any details about why something could not be done. I'm not interested in why something can't be done, I'm interested what can be done to resolve the issue. Don't just say 'it cant ...' say, 'it can't because ....', and then suggest alternative. Subsequent resaponse very good.

I needed to transfer my purchase from one email to another and Carlos responded very promptly. They made sure I confirmed my identity first and then quickly made the necessary change.
