After shopping around for add-ons for mail merging I landed on YAM and couldn't have been happier with the user-friendly programming and the ease of use. I left the job I was using it for so I needed to cancel my subscription but it was through my work email but on my personal bank card. I messaged support and was fortunate enough to talk to Lex. Lex responded almost immediately and took care of my subscription right away without any headache. Will definitely be a returning customer if that add-on is needed again.

YAMM is a great product. I rarely have a need to reach out to customer support, yet needed some help deactivating after an employee resigned. I received an immediate response with a solution (they quickly cancelled the auto-renew on this employees account). Very pleased with the software add-on and the support they provide their clients.
