Total bait and switch. YAMM has previously been excellent. All of a sudden it's fell from allowing hundreds of emails to be sent daily for free, to 20 per day. Fair enough to reduce the count somewhat as it was pretty generous, but a 20 limit is a complete joke. And they are proposing I pay $6-12 per month depending on what tier I'd like. You must be having a laugh; an automatic mail merge is not worth almost the cost of an AI pro subscription.

Writing a follow up review - I received a request by the company on my previous review telling me to speak to them after they continued to charge me twice. I did try to speak to them multiple times and cancelled my direct debit but no one got back in touch. My email address linked has since expired and no longer at the company but you are still charging my personal account - I cannot log in or get a response from anyone so having to report this as fraud due to multiple attempts to get in touch and no responses. I have submitted a current email for you to contact me again and await your response, so far it is impossible to cancel as I did this and nothing happened, then getting in touch is just an FAQ page, I submitted another complaint via your chat-bot.

Hi there, I'm afraid it's not possible to get the Personal plan with a Google Workspace account, as stated on our website. The price difference comes from different settings and configurations required by gmail.com and Google Workspace email addresses, along with the higher limits of the Professional plan.
