I've been a YAMM user for a year. THe product works exactly as advertised - very easy. The support is also great - the FAQ and support articles are deep and detailed, and the email support is great. They go above and beyond to resolve your problem, even it it isn't coming from YAMM.

I've been looking for a mail merge solution that didn't cot an arm and a leg, but yet, was easy to use. YAMM is the perfect solution for my business. I'm a technical recruiter and send lots of personalized emails...this solution cut my time from 1 hour to send 100+ emails, down to 5 minutes. CRAZY good solution.
