Excellent tour and attention to detail from start to finish.
The entire trip was well organized and supported.
I knew I was in good hands when due to weather, my flight from Syracuse to JFK was delayed and I missed my connecting flight to Tel Aviv. This was very stressful considering I was to meet my tour group who were all on another flight to Tel Aviv from San Francisco. I was so relieved when I finally arrived in Tel Aviv and there was indeed someone there to meet me and transport me to Jerusalem. It seemed as though the folks at Ya'lla Tours were meeting each need as circumstances were changing. Thank you Ya'lla Tours for the security and attention to detail throughout the trip.

After ten action-packed days in the …
After ten action-packed days in the Holy Land, I can say with certainty that Ya'lla Tours USA did a masterful job of putting together a meaningful itinerary. We covered all the major sights and with the aid of our very capable, entertaining and knowledgeable tour guide, Morris, we had the information we needed to understand what we were seeing. The schedule was a busy one and my only suggestion might be to allow more "down time"...with all that we saw, all that we learned, and all we experienced, it might have been nice to have some time to reflect. I want to thank the Ya'lla folks for deftly handling arrangements for my travel companion, who missed a connection. It was such a relief to know that she would be met at 4:30 am at the airport in Tel Aviv and transported to the hotel in Jerusalem. Thank you! Food and accommodations were great, too.

Highly recommended company for visiting Morocco!
We had an excellent experience in Morocco with Ya'lla Tours, from the preparations prior to our trip to the actual tour. The guide (Leila) was extremely knowledgable and accommodating with our questions and special requests for tours and visits to unique and hard-to-reach sites.

9 day ISRAEL tour
This was an exciting trip. We visited many amazing places. The food was awesome. This was a very fast paced trip and due to a tight packed schedule there were lots of time constraints for each site and that left little time for capturing photos without slowing the group or for gift shopping. You had to be fluid and fit in the gift shoping and photo taking where you could even if you only got a snack instead of lunch for example. The radio headsets were a plus because it allowed those with digital SLR cameras to wander a bit to capture photos without slowing the group too much. It might be a plus for any site that has brochures such as national parks or others to have that available before visiting the site. That also allows for less people to be gathered around a plaque explaining a particular site or waiting to take a picture when it might be explained in a brochure.
For double occupancy and the placement of unknown roomates, it is strongly suggested that screening of roomates be done, through questions etc., to ensure the best placement possible. Often its assumed that with religious based groups that everyone loves everyone, that may be but; Its like dating, sometimes it dont work or personalities differ too much to be in close quarters and there needs to be other options "quietly" available without disrupting an entire trip or the group.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience with Ya'lla Tours. We truly value your feedback. Your itinerary was indeed very busy! As with all of our private groups, the program was customized at the request of your group leaders, whose desire was for their participants to see as much as possible.
Providing as much site literature as possible in advance is a good suggestion, especially in large groups with full days, like yours.
Matching roommates is always a tricky prospect and one we rarely agree to do. When a single traveler wishes to avoid the expense of a single room, we do our best to accommodate them but often the roommate options are limited. Once a trip is underway, if roommates are incompatible, the options are to switch roommates, provided another matched pair exists and is willing, or to reserve another room, if available, which would mean added expense to both roommates. It's awkward all the way around. In any case, we regret if any of our passengers have been uncomfortable with their roommates. This can put a real damper on the whole trip and is unfortunate.
