Good customer service
Yes, I finally managed to reach someone in customer service, Laura Murphy. She was very responsive. I am changing my review to four stars. Yale is great when you are purchasing. However, they do not stand by the products they sell. It is impossible to reach anyone in charge. Quite surprising for a family-owned business. Therefore, I am resorting to this bad review. Karen, we are sorry for the problems you experienced with your KitchenAid dishwasher and that our communication left you feeling it was difficult to reach someone in charge. We spoke with you shortly before your review and continued working with you afterward. Yale approved a prorated credit toward a replacement, which was delivered in September.
