This has to be once of the worst companies online that I have dealt with. They offer no real tech support or instructions on the product. They said they tech depart was going to call me they never did. So I returned the product and it has been three weeks and no refund and they refuse to tell me what the refund amount will be. These people are rude and unprofessional I would not buy anything from them or recommend them to anyone. Do not believe anything they state on their website easy returns (a joke) tech support (non-existent) customer service has to be the worst on the live chat the agent just ended the conversation without saying anything I was writing a response and the chat screen went blank. I have disputed the charges with my CC company and I will continue to give poor reviews on this company anytime I can as well as on FB. I went to another site the product came and the instructions were clear and everything worked like they said. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had in years.

Stay AWAY the worst company I have ever bought from after 30 years of restoring vehicles.

I recently bought marker lights for an E350 ford van that I needed quick because my factory one cracked. I ordered the marker lights and also paided for 2 day shipping. It has been 3 weeks and still no package. I was told from the company 4 times that it will be shipping on a certain day. And still nothing. Now when I contact them they seem to either say your purchase is on back order or it will be shipped tomorrow. I still have not gave up just yet. I either want my full amount of money back or I want the dam marker lights. I had a weird feeling about ordering from here. They are basically scams that stole my money and I'm sure many others. I did receive a refund of the full amount so at least that made me happy enough to give 3 stars.

I ordered smoked LED mirror lights for my F150 on December 8, 2016. What i received was a mirror lens cover (no LED lights) which is not what I ordered. After repeatedly calling their customer service line (which no ones ever answers) and sending multiple emails, I was finally able to get a live person on the phone. They emailed me the paperwork to return/exchange the wrong item. I wanted to exchange it for a smoked LED 3rd brake light and was told the item was in stock. It was clearly stated on the return paperwork that I wanted to 1) exchange it or 2) refund my money. Here it is January 23rd, 2017 and I still havent received a refund or my exchanged item. Again, another round of multiple phone calls and emails with no one replying from their company. My suggestion is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are frauds!

I bought a set of led headlights for my ford fusion last December and 1 of the led strips was out. When I tried to contact customer support I was told the best way to file a claim was by email. I did this and sent many more emails and when they finally answered they said they would not pay shipping because it was past 30 days. I pointed out that if they check my first attempt to contact them it was only 10 days after I purchased the product. They did finally agree and made me send that faulty light back before they would send a replacement, which means I had taken the front off my car and put it back on 3 different times just to get new headlights (to change the headlights on the 2010 ford fusion you have to remove the front clip of the car). So by end of March I finally had my new headlights, and they did look nice. Now less than a year later one of the headlights went out, no big deal you'd think but surprise surprise the lamp isn't the same as the factory so just can't pop a OEM replacement in, I have to order one online. In my opinion I would be more than glad to shell out much more money anywhere else than deal with these crooks again.

Have a part that the manufacturer says there is a 1 year warranty and straights say they only offer a 90 day. Spyder lights said deal with the seller and have them return them for replacement. xtralights won't even help. And all they have to do is send the light to spyder.

I spent $847 on headlights from Xtralights.com. 9 months after install, and despite being coated with 3M self healing UV protective coating, the lenses began to spiderweb terribly from the inside. After taking the headlights to my local shop, it was determined that poor quality lenses originating from Tawain were to blame. When I contacted Chris at Xtralights.com he refused to offer any solution and instead encouraged me to write a review of their business and hung up. The claims made on their website regarding service guarantees and product quality are only made to gain the customers confidence in order to separate the buyer from their money.
