I originally was going to leave a lower-star review, but that was because I encountered an issue. Customer service prevailed and they ensured customer satisfaction (I was satisfied with how they fixed the issue). I can't give anything less than 5 stars for their prompt service, they earned it!

Hi Garrett, Thank you for reaching out and voicing your concern. On 1/8, the same day you placed the order, our shipping department sent you an email notifying you that the Bentonite Clay T-5 was back ordered from Carbon Chemistry. We did not receive a response back from you. I apologize for any issues this may caused. We are more than happy to over-night the product to you today since we just received the shipment in from Carbon Chemistry. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can ship your order out. Thank you Garrett! Reply for edit: Hi Garrett! Thank you for allowing us to speak with you and fix this issue! Customer service is our #1 priority. If there is anything we can further assist you with, please don't hesitate to reach out! Thanks again Garrett!
