Hello, I just wanted to reach and let you know about our experience with Xtractor Depot. Since we discovered this business,we have frequented it several times. Our experiences have been nothing short of excellent. I truly appreciate all that he does. From customer service to the warehouse employees...everyone has always been very kind. I do want to give special thanks and attention to Ernie at the Montebello location. He absolutely hands down is the reason that we have been successful in our endeavours. He has provided us with so much helpful knowledge and help. There have been times where we have not been able to travel to Montebello and he has made sure to help us out. He suggested to try Uber or Lyft, and it has been great. He actually watches out for the driver, when driver shows he makes it a seamless,stress free transaction. Even when Uber/Lyft driver arrives, they comment about how helpful that Ernie is. He makes sure to let me know that pick ups go smoothly and that my purchases are on the way to me.To me that is so helpful. BEYOND HELPFUL! I have been able to do this several times. I did have an issue one time on one of my orders.Another employee had made a mistake, Ernie actually corrected the problem, found the correct part and pricing and resolved the issue. He has made so many helpful suggestions regarding parts, regarding correct set up and usage. He has done trouble shooting...He is amazing. We honestly always hope that he is the one we deal with whenever we need anything from Xtraxctor Depot. Truly a fan... Thank you so much!
