Hello Seth, Thank you for your feedback! We take customer service very seriously. Your order was placed on the 23rd, and unfortunately we were closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and then the weekend hit. Your package was picked up from our facility the following day we were open on the 26th. If there is anything we can help with in the future, please let us know! We are happy to look into it for you.
