Hi John, Thank you for letting us know the issues you were facing. I apologize, we do require signature on our packages due to the high volume of customer complaints we received regarding missing/stolen packages. Unfortunately we don't have control over when the carriers deliver and if they actually stopped by or not. I checked your tracking today and it shows it was delivered. If you did not receive the package, please let us know and we will reach out to Fedex to place a tracer on your package. Thank you for your patience. Edit: Hi Jose, Per our conversation we will continue to investigate it with Fedex. Both boxes were delivered and the brass nuts were included in the shipment.
